Please contact CS@VOIDvac.com before sending in your item to be repaired.

FOR LID REPAIRS: include the VOID lid, wireless charger and usb cable.

FOR VOID Blender and VITAMIX KIT REPAIRS: Only include damaged goods to be repaired. For example if the jar is needing repair do not send in the lids, pad, blender base or tamper just send the jar. If the VOID lid is needing repair do not send in the jar tamper, pad or basic lid. Just send the lid wireless charger and USB Cable.
