On a change of mind return you pay return shipping, and what that costs depends on the order. If you are returning it because it does not fit your blender, that return is free. A return has to be shipped back within 7 business days or a 10% fee applies. Keep the receipt showing your purchase date, because warranty service needs it.

Outside the U.S. we cannot accept returns, but warranty repairs still apply. You cover shipping both ways, in addition to any repair fee above. Email CS@voidvac.com and we will set it up.

How to start a claim

Email CS@voidvac.com with your order number, the part you need repaired or returned, and a photo of your receipt showing the purchase date. We will reply with a return address, and with a shipping label where the schedule above includes one. We do need the original receipt with the purchase date clearly visible. Where a repair fee applies, we charge it before the work starts. For vacuum lids, the fee covers replacement parts as well as the repair.

  • Commercial or rental use
