Warranty And Return Policy

To request repairs or return a product, please email us here.

Customer Support & Warranty:

  • Buyers, both within and outside the United States, are responsible for covering all return shipping and handling fees.
  • No compensation will be provided for any costs incurred during the return process.
  • Shipping costs vary depending on the order.
  • Returns must be shipped within 7 business days, or a 10% order value fee will be applied.

 

All vacuum lids are entitled to the following:

    • 3-year limited warranty
    • Refunds, exchanges, or repairs provided at no charge within the first 30 days.

    • Free repairs for manufacturing defects from 1 month to 1 year.

    • A $50 fee (covering shipping, handling, and repairs) is required for repairs or upgrades after 1 year and up to 3 years. This fee includes shipping to customers in the continental U.S., and all replacement parts are covered during this period.

    • A copy of the original receipt, clearly showing the purchase date, must be submitted to qualify for warranty services.


All jars are entitled to the following:

    • 1-year limited warranty
    • Refunds, exchanges, or repairs provided at no charge within the first 30 days.

    • Buyers are responsible for return shipping and handling fees, which vary by order.

    • Free repairs for manufacturing defects from 1 month to 1 year.

    • A copy of the original receipt, clearly showing the purchase date, must be submitted to qualify for warranty services.

 

All blender bases are entitled to the following:

    • 5-year limited warranty

    • Refunds, exchanges, or repairs provided at no charge within the first 30 days.

    • Free repairs for manufacturing defects from 1 month to 2 years.

    • A $75 fee (covering shipping and repairs) is required for repairs or upgrades after 2 years and up to 5 years. This fee includes shipping to and from our facility within the continental U.S., and a shipping label will be provided.

    • A copy of the original receipt, clearly showing the purchase date, must be submitted to qualify for warranty services.

 

Returns

  • Returns are accepted only within 30 days of purchase.

  • Shipping costs are not refunded unless explicitly stated.

  • Buyers are responsible for all return shipping and handling fees, which vary by order.

  • Returns are not accepted for orders shipped outside the U.S. However, warranty services are available through proper channels. Contact cs@voidvac.com for details.
