Refund policy

• 1 month no questions asked refund, exchange or repair at no cost to you. Returns pay shipping fee.
• After 1 month and until 1 year, a flat rate shipping and handling fee of $30 will be charged before repairs or upgrades are made to a product.
• After 1 year and until 3 years a shipping and repair fee of $75 will be charged before repairs or upgrades are made to a product.
• To be eligible for the discounted warranty rate senders need to provide a copy of original receipt with date of purchase clearly marked on the receipt.
