The VOID Blade Assembly is the replacement blade and retaining ring for a VOID jar. There are two versions and they are not interchangeable, so pick the one that matches your jar. The silver ring version has a longer retaining ring and fits the Vitamix-fit jar from the Retrofit Kit, the Jar Kit and the classic Vitamix Spare Jar. The gold ring version fits the VOID jar from the Complete System and the VOID and Blendtec bases Spare Jar. Both use 304 stainless steel blades. You need the VOID Blade Assembly Removal Tool to change it. The blades are sharp, so hold them with a towel or gloves.
Returns and warranty
You have thirty days from purchase to return or exchange it on U.S. orders. On a change of mind return you cover the return shipping, and once we've agreed the return, it needs to ship within 7 business days, or a 10% fee applies. Keep your receipt showing the purchase date. We can't accept returns on orders shipped outside the United States, though the warranty still applies to those orders.
Warranty runs three years on vacuum lids, five years on blender bases, and one year on jars. The warranty page sets out what a repair costs and when.

Care and cleaning
VOID lids and jars aren't dishwasher safe. Rinse the lid under running water with a little dish soap, but do not submerge it, and keep the wireless charger away from water. The gasket comes off so you can clean underneath it.
Do not refrigerate or freeze the lid, and do not pour boiling water into it.
