Is the VOID vacuum lid available for purchase in the UK? Yes, if you have a Blendtec® or Vitamix® blender (other than the Venturist or Ascent series), we have compatible products offered through our UK distributor! The lid will work on a Blendtec® Fourside/Wildside jar on its own, or a Vitamix® with the help of our Retrofit Kit.
Should the vacuum lid be actively 'pumping' or moving while the blender is running? No. The lid should be completely turned off before blending; otherwise, food/liquid may be vacuumed into the lid.
Are the lids BPA-free? The jars are BPA-free, but the lids are not.
Can the vacuum lid be used with a Ninja® blender? No, the lid is not compatible with Ninja® blenders.
Will the Blendtec® WildSide+ Jar fit onto the VOID motor base? No, the Blendtec® WildSide+ Jar is not compatible with the VOID motor base.
Will the VOID System Vacuum Lid fit the Blendtec® Professional 800 with the sound enclosure? Yes, the VOID System Vacuum Lid will fit the Blendtec® Professional 800 motor base, even with the sound enclosure in place.
Will the VOID Vita-Mix® Complete Retrofit Kit fit the Vitamix® 5000 and Super 5000? Yes, our Retrofit Kit is compatible with the Vitamix® Super 5000 motor base.
Will the VOID Vita-Mix® Complete Retrofit Kit fit the Vitamix® 5200 blender? Yes, our Retrofit Kit is compatible with the Vitamix® 5200 blender.
Is the VOID Vita-Mix® Complete Retrofit Kit compatible with the Vitamix® Ascent or Venturist series? No, our kit is not compatible the Ascent or Venturist series.
Will the system fit a KitchenAid® blender top? No, the system is not compatible with KitchenAid® blender tops.
