VOID Retrofit Kit for classic Vitamix bases

The VOID Retrofit Kit for classic Vitamix bases is the VOID vacuum lid together with a jar that seats on a classic Vitamix base. The lid pulls the air out of the jar before the blades spin, so there is less foam, less browning, and the blend holds together for several hours.

What it fits

Vitamix bases with a grooved black rubber pad: the 5000, Super 5000, 5200, 5300, 6300, 6500, 7500, 780, Pro 300, Pro 750, CIA, TurboBlend, and the Explorian E310, E320 and E520. Some bases need a small trim to the base gasket, which does not affect your warranty. It does not fit the Ascent or Venturist, the smooth-top bases with no pad; they need the VOID Complete System.

Neither the lid nor the jar is dishwasher safe. Rinse the lid but never submerge it, do not freeze it or pour boiling water into it, and keep the charger dry.

VOID lids are designed and assembled in the U.S.A. Three-year warranty on the lid, one year on the jar, thirty-day returns on U.S. orders, and a free return if the jar will not seat on your base.
