The VOID Magnetic USB Cable is the charging cable for the VOID Charger, sold as a spare. The magnetic end snaps onto the metal port on the charger. The other end plugs into a USB port rated 750 mA or higher, and a blue light on the cable shows it has power. Every lid ships with one, so you only need this if yours is lost or damaged. It does not charge the lid on its own; the charger does that.
Returns and warranty
You have thirty days from purchase to return or exchange it on U.S. orders. On a change of mind return you cover the return shipping, and once we've agreed the return, it needs to ship within 7 business days, or a 10% fee applies. Keep your receipt showing the purchase date. We can't accept returns on orders shipped outside the United States, though the warranty still applies to those orders.
Warranty runs three years on vacuum lids, five years on blender bases, and one year on jars. The warranty page sets out what a repair costs and when.

Care and cleaning
VOID lids and jars aren't dishwasher safe. Rinse the lid under running water with a little dish soap, but do not submerge it, and keep the wireless charger away from water. The gasket comes off so you can clean underneath it.
Do not refrigerate or freeze the lid, and do not pour boiling water into it.
