The VOID Spare Jar is a second 1.8 liter jar with its blade assembly already fitted, in two versions: one made for classic Vitamix bases and one that seats on VOID and Blendtec bases. Pick the one that matches your base from the Fits menu, because the two are not interchangeable. The jar is BPA-free Eastman Tritan with a 304 stainless steel blade assembly, and the VOID lid seals on either version. Only the jar and blade assembly are included; there is no lid, tamper or gasket in the box. Wash the jar by hand. Jars carry a one-year warranty.

Returns and warranty

You have thirty days from purchase to return or exchange it on U.S. orders. On a change of mind return you cover the return shipping, and once we've agreed the return, it needs to ship within 7 business days, or a 10% fee applies. Keep your receipt showing the purchase date. We can't accept returns on orders shipped outside the United States, though the warranty still applies to those orders.

Warranty runs three years on vacuum lids, five years on blender bases, and one year on jars. The warranty page sets out what a repair costs and when.

Questions, a return or a warranty claim: email CS@voidvac.com. Spare gaskets, jars, blade assemblies and chargers are in the Spare Parts collection.

Care and cleaning

VOID lids and jars aren't dishwasher safe. Rinse the lid under running water with a little dish soap, but do not submerge it, and keep the wireless charger away from water. The gasket comes off so you can clean underneath it.

Do not refrigerate or freeze the lid, and do not pour boiling water into it.

Shipping

Shipping is calculated at checkout. VOID lids are designed and assembled in the U.S.A.

To be honest, VOID was the worst purchase decision I ever made. 😔

Nicholas, we're sorry VOID has been this disappointing for you. We'd like to find out what went wrong in those first few uses, so please reply to your review email or write to cs@voidvac.com.

Best company ever!!

I had some questions and some concerns but the company more than took care of me. I'm so impressed by them that I asked what other items they sell in the hopes I could now buy all my needed items from them. As for the void top....I love it!!!

Vacuum blender jar retrofit for Vitamix

After the first use of blending it left a yellow stain on the plastic from the turmeric. I blended into my green smoothie. That’s a bad sign since I would rather have oxygen in my smoothie than I would plastic. I would say that if the plastic absorbs the product, it probably also goes the other way around the product, probably absorbs the plastic.
