The VOID Blade Assembly Removal Tool loosens and tightens the retaining ring on a VOID blade assembly, so you can change the assembly without damaging the jar, its threads or the seal. It engages both VOID rings, the silver ring on the Vitamix-fit jar and the gold ring on the VOID jar. Use it when you replace a blade assembly or take the bottom of the jar apart for a deep clean, and then to seat the assembly tightly enough that it does not leak. Hold the blades with a towel or gloves.
Returns and warranty
You have thirty days from purchase to return or exchange it on U.S. orders. On a change of mind return you cover the return shipping, and once we've agreed the return, it needs to ship within 7 business days, or a 10% fee applies. Keep your receipt showing the purchase date. We can't accept returns on orders shipped outside the United States, though the warranty still applies to those orders.
Warranty runs three years on vacuum lids, five years on blender bases, and one year on jars. The warranty page sets out what a repair costs and when.

Care and cleaning
VOID lids and jars aren't dishwasher safe. Rinse the lid under running water with a little dish soap, but do not submerge it, and keep the wireless charger away from water. The gasket comes off so you can clean underneath it.
Do not refrigerate or freeze the lid, and do not pour boiling water into it.
