The VOID Charger is a spare magnetic wireless charger for any VOID vacuum lid. It sits on top of the lid over the touchpad, just above the red vent, and the magnets pull it into place. The magnetic end of the cable connects to the metal port on the charger. A blue light means the lid is charging; a red light means the charger has power and the lid is ready to use. The lid cannot be run while it is on the charger. The charger is not waterproof, so keep it away from the sink. Includes the charger and a magnetic USB cable. There's no wall plug, since the cable works with almost any USB phone charger.
Returns and warranty
You have thirty days from purchase to return or exchange it on U.S. orders. On a change of mind return you cover the return shipping, and once we've agreed the return, it needs to ship within 7 business days, or a 10% fee applies. Keep your receipt showing the purchase date. We can't accept returns on orders shipped outside the United States, though the warranty still applies to those orders.
Warranty runs three years on vacuum lids, five years on blender bases, and one year on jars. The warranty page sets out what a repair costs and when.

Care and cleaning
VOID lids and jars aren't dishwasher safe. Rinse the lid under running water with a little dish soap, but do not submerge it, and keep the wireless charger away from water. The gasket comes off so you can clean underneath it.
Do not refrigerate or freeze the lid, and do not pour boiling water into it.
