  • Everything you need is in the box, base and jar included

The VOID Complete System is a vacuum blender in one box: the VOID lid, a motor base and a jar. It is for kitchens where the lid has nothing to fit: a Vitamix Ascent or Venturist, a Ninja or KitchenAid, or no blender yet. Less air in the jar means less foam, less browning, and a blend that holds for several hours.

In the box

  • The VOID lid with its sealing gasket
  • A motor base with a US power cord
  • A 1.8 liter BPA-free Eastman Tritan jar with a 304 stainless steel blade assembly
  • A tamper, and a basic hard lid with its own gasket and removable vent
  • A removable baseplate gasket
  • A magnetic wireless charger, a magnetic USB-A cable and a USB-A to USB-C adapter
  • The user manuals

The base

Variable speed control, with overload protection and a thermal cut-out, rated for a 100 to 120 volt supply with a US plug. The cord is about a meter long and the base weighs about 8.4 pounds. Outside the United States, there is a 220 volt version with an EU plug.

Neither the lid nor the jar is dishwasher safe. Rinse the lid but never submerge it, do not freeze it or pour boiling water into it, and keep the charger dry.

VOID lids are designed and assembled in the U.S.A. Three-year warranty on the lid, five years on the base, one year on the jar, and thirty-day returns on U.S. orders.

Returns and warranty

Thirty days from purchase to return or exchange it on U.S. orders. On a change of mind return you cover the return shipping, and it needs to be sent back within 7 business days or a 10% fee applies. If you are returning it because it does not fit your blender, that return is free. Keep your receipt showing the purchase date. We cannot accept returns on orders shipped outside the United States, though the warranty still applies to those orders.

Warranty runs three years on vacuum lids, five years on blender bases, and one year on jars. The warranty page sets out what a repair costs and when.

Questions, a return or a warranty claim: email CS@voidvac.com. Spare gaskets, jars, blade assemblies and chargers are in spare parts.

Care and cleaning

VOID lids and jars are not dishwasher safe. Rinse the lid under running water with a little dish soap, but do not submerge it, and keep the wireless charger away from water. The gasket comes off so you can clean underneath it.

Do not refrigerate or freeze the lid, and do not pour boiling water into it.

The twenty-minute test

Same ingredients. Vacuum on vs. vacuum off.

We added the same ingredients to two VOID blenders. One blended with the vacuum engaged; the other blended normally, without vacuum. These photographs show the results 20 minutes after pouring.

Four steps

Loading a VOID jar with fresh fruit
1

Load the jar. Greens and leaves on the bottom, frozen fruit and ice on top.

Seating the VOID lid on the jar and choosing a preset
2

Seat the lid, pick a preset, press Go. Wet the gasket first and it lifts off easier later.

3

Turn the lid off, then blend. The vacuum holds on its own while the blades do the work.

4

Pull the red tab and pour. Venting breaks the seal. Until then the lid stays locked shut.
