VOID Complete System
A full blender with the VOID lid in the box. Use the basic lid for everyday blending, or seat the VOID lid and pull the air out first so the drink holds together for several hours. It works as a first blender or as a replacement for the one you have.
- 30-day returns and exchanges on U.S. orders
- 3-year warranty on the lid, 5 on the base, 1 on the jar
- Basic lid included for ordinary blending
The VOID Complete System is a full blender that comes with the VOID vacuum lid. Use it as your everyday blender with the basic lid in the box, and put the VOID lid on when you want the blend to hold: pump the air out before the blades spin and there is less foam, less browning, and it stays together in the glass for several hours instead of separating. It works as a first blender, or as the one that replaces what you have.
What it fits
The System does not need to fit anything; it comes with its own motor base and jar. If you have a Blendtec, the lid on its own fits your jar. If you have a classic Vitamix with a grooved rubber pad, the Retrofit Kit fits your base. If you have a Vitamix Ascent or Venturist, a Ninja or a KitchenAid, or no blender yet, the System is the one.
In the box
- The VOID lid with its sealing gasket
- A motor base with a US power cord
- A 1.8 liter BPA-free Eastman Tritan jar with a 304 stainless steel blade assembly
- A tamper, and a basic hard lid with its own gasket and removable vent
- A removable baseplate gasket
- A magnetic wireless charger, a magnetic USB-A cable and a USB-A to USB-C adapter
- The user manuals
The base
The base has variable speed control, overload protection and a thermal cut-out, and is rated for a 100 to 120 volt supply with a US plug. The cord is about a meter long and the base weighs about 8.4 pounds. It carries its own five-year warranty. Outside the United States there is a 220 volt version with an EU plug; email CS@voidvac.com before ordering it so we can confirm delivery to your address.
Neither the lid nor the jar is dishwasher safe. Full care instructions are under Care and cleaning below.
Returns and warranty
You have thirty days from purchase to return or exchange it on U.S. orders. On a change of mind return you cover the return shipping, and it needs to be sent back within 7 business days or a 10% fee applies. If you are returning it because it does not fit your blender, that return is free. Keep your receipt showing the purchase date. We cannot accept returns on orders shipped outside the United States, though the warranty still applies to those orders.
Warranty runs three years on vacuum lids, five years on blender bases, and one year on jars. The warranty page sets out what a repair costs and when.
Questions, a return or a warranty claim: email CS@voidvac.com. Spare gaskets, jars, blade assemblies and chargers are in the Spare Parts collection.
Care and cleaning
VOID lids and jars are not dishwasher safe. Rinse the lid under running water with a little dish soap, but do not submerge it, and keep the wireless charger away from water. The gasket comes off so you can clean underneath it.
Do not refrigerate or freeze the lid, and do not pour boiling water into it.
Shipping
Shipping is calculated at checkout. VOID lids are designed and assembled in the U.S.A.
The twenty-minute test
We put the same ingredients into two VOID blenders and ran one with the vacuum on and the other with it off. These photographs were taken 20 minutes after pouring.
Four steps

Load the jar. Greens and leaves on the bottom, frozen fruit and ice on top.

Seat the lid, pick a preset, press Go. Wet the gasket first and it lifts off easier later.

Turn the lid off, then blend. The vacuum holds on its own while the blades do the work.

Pull the red tab and pour. Venting breaks the seal. Until then the lid stays locked shut.
